The service
How it works
You don’t touch a ladder. You don’t spend Boxing Day untangling anything.
We design it with you
We come and look, you tell us roughly what you are after, and we give you a price.
We install and maintain it
Fitted properly and cabled out of sight. If something stops working in December, ring us and we will come and sort it.
We take it down and store it
Down in January, checked over, and kept in our store until next winter. Second year is a lot less faff.
Why iClean
Most installers are working off a ladder
That puts a limit on what they can reach, and it is usually the best bit of the house. We already run lifts and platforms for the cleaning side, so height is just a Tuesday for us.
Lifts and platforms, not ladders
Most of what we do is ordinary houses. If the gable end is too high for a ladder we bring the lift out, which is why we can quote the bits other people leave off.
We keep them for you
Take the full service and we store your lights between seasons. You are not digging a box out of the loft every November.

You have got lights you are happy with. We come and put them up properly.

Questions we get a lot
When should I book?
Sooner the better. We install through November and the weekends go first, so leaving it to December usually means taking what is left.
Do I need to buy the lights?
Only if you want to use your own. On the full works and on supply and fit, the lights are ours, we look after them and we store them. If you have got your own already we will just fit those.
What if a light goes out in December?
Tell us and we will come and fix it. Faults during the season are covered, there is no call out charge for it.
Can you reach my roofline?
Almost certainly. We clean roofs and gutters all year with lifts and platforms, so awkward access is normal for us.
Do you do commercial sites?
Yes. Retail units, pubs, offices, managed estates and industrial sites. We can work out of hours where that causes you less disruption.
How much does it cost?
Depends on the house and how much of it you want lit, so we price each one properly. The quote is free and we will not chase you.
